Jayco, Inc. has been awarded the Quality Circle Award for the seventh consecutive year by the RV Dealers Association.
What is the Quality circle award??
The annual RVDA Quality Circle award is presented each year to RV manufacturers that achieve best scores in dealer surveys in the areas of product design, quality, sales support, warranty/parts support and communication.
Jayco is awarded the Quality circle Award for both it's tow-able and Motorized RV's.
Only 18 brands will be awarded this year out of the 469 dealers that responded to the DSI survey conducted between April and July of 2013.
Four hundred and sixty-nine (469) dealers responded to the DSI this year and provided 2,501 brand ratings, an average of more than five per dealer.
“Over the years, our partnership with our dealers has played a major role in our overall mission and strategy,” said Jim Jacobs, Jayco’s COO. ‘They are our ambassadors in the marketplace. For them to honor us in this way is a source of pride and confidence in our future success.”
