The Redhawk comes with Washington glazed cabinetry and flat panel doors which means that the cabinetry is a rich luxury residential design; all hardwood and handcrafted by Amish right in the Jayco factory!

One of The Redhawk's greatest features is the Chassis design that it borrows from Ford's 305 H Triton E-450 Chassis with 420 lbs. torque. This chassis has a 5000 towing capability (This means you can take your car or boat with you on that long trip!) and has a GCWR of 22,000.

The 6.8L V10 and 5.4L V8 Triton gasoline engines in the Ford
Class C Motorhome Chassis are equipped with the Fail-Safe
cooling feature. In the event the engine loses coolant, it can be
driven a short distance with reduced power to obtain service.
This eliminates the inconvenience and cost associated with
towing. It will also shut the engine off before engine damage occurs
It also includes 97,500 Mile Tune-Up Interval under normal
driving conditions
TRANSMISSION
TorqShift Transmission with Tow/Haul Mode
The 5-speed, automatic TorqShift® transmission features a
fuel conserving, fifth-gear, overdrive ratio. Ford Tow/Haul Mode
is included and helps reduce gear hunting, improves power
delivery and uses engine braking to help control vehicle speed
when descending hills.
A 55-gallon aft-of-axle fuel tank is standard on the E-450
An Auxiliary Fuel Port, located on the fuel tank, offers
entry point access to the fuel tank for specialized gas
powered equipment such as a power generator.
