What is PDI??

Could it be....

Personal Development Index?
A great new personality test for prospective government personnel.

or

Pantomime Disaster Information?
For the grieving victims of sub-standard pantomime entertainment.

I tell you... Nay!!!!

PDI stands for Pre-Delivery Inspection
Pre-Delivery Inspection entails so much more than just a look over on your RV before picking it up (At least that's true for us here at Valley RV Supercenter).

Here is what is involved in a basic PDI:

1. Unit preparation: Our professional Service staff looks over your RV from head to toe to make sure there are no abnormalities or mechanical issues.

2.Unit orientation: This is what is known as the "Walk-through". One of our knowledgeable serve techs will walk you through every function of your RV so that you are well versed on how to use it and what to be aware of. Our Techs are also RV'ers, so they give you all kinds of tips on campsites, how to's and what not to do.

3. LP Tank: Purge and fill your tanks to make sure they are full.

4. Unit detail: We make sure your RV gets a full cleaning detail, inside and out by our detail oriented Detail Team.

5. Battery Box: You get a new 12 volt battery and box for your RV.

6. Starter Kit: We make sure you leave with a RV starter kit. The kit contains all the little things to help you along for the first adventure in your RV.
